Privacy

Your invoices are not ours.

SinTrámite lives on your phone. We do not create user accounts. We do not store your invoices in the cloud. Only the receipt image briefly travels to our server to read the fields — and even that is not kept anywhere. If you uninstall the app, all your data disappears with you.

What people ask.

Does it replace my accountant?

No. They keep doing their job. The app saves them the dumb hours of copying data out of the receipts you send.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Download it and use it. We do not ask for email, we do not ask for anything.

Does it work without internet?

Snapping the photo does. Automatic reading needs a connection (a few seconds). If you are offline, it happens on its own when you are back online.

What if I lose my phone?

You can save manual copies to iCloud Drive or Google Drive whenever you want. The app reminds you if it has been a while.

Does it work for a small limited company too?

Yes. SinTrámite is built for small SLs as well — teams of one to three people. It accepts company tax IDs, keeps partner expenses separate, and exports in the format your accountant already expects.

What format does my accountant receive?

An Excel with one row per expense (supplier, tax ID, date, base, VAT, total, category) and a ZIP with all the photos linked. They open it and understand it instantly.

Does it tell simplified receipts from full invoices?

Yes. If the document has your tax ID as buyer, it is a full invoice (VAT deductible). If not, it is a simplified receipt (income tax only). It marks it automatically.

Can I share receipts from Gmail or WhatsApp?

Yes. Tap Share → SinTrámite from any app and the expense goes straight in. PDF or image, either works.

Does it track the Modelo 347 threshold?

Yes. It groups expenses by supplier and warns you when you approach the annual €3,005.06 that triggers a separate declaration.

Does it handle foreign currency?

Yes. Dollars, pounds, francs, or euros from outside Spain. It flags them so your accountant applies the right exchange rate.

Is it better than using a spreadsheet?

Yes. A spreadsheet does not read invoices, validate tax IDs, link photos, or fill itself out. SinTrámite does all of that from a photo.
